Working with customers own, engineering personnel to produce IOT automation solutions to existing and new projects, with communication and control that use existing protocols already installed and known with major control equipment from Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi and many others.
Provide direct IOT equipment for Extended I/O with sDot modules, PUSR WiFi, 4/5G gateways, M8 and M12 cabling solutions including hybrid comms and power cabling.
O-TC also provide Pushbutton control panels premade to customer specification using hybrid Ethernet and power reducing expensive wiring manhours along with HMI button solutions for remote machine control.
Our help and advice can include
- Specifying and programming advanced automation PLC' such as Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley & ABB
- Updating and replacement of existing control systems
- Sourcing Panel building / working with existing customer suppliers
- Preparing the software philosophy and organising software to be written and tested.
- Commissioning / testing during assembly and on site in full factory conditions.
- Handover and initial training of engineering and none engineering personnel
