We provide from idea to concept to design firstly producing overview designs of the control philosophy then detailed schematic designs including multi line and single line drawings, control panel layout for the panel builders and detailed documentation for commercial to practical, including Parts Overview, Parts Summary, Terminal Layout, PLC Overview and much more documentation to suit the customer needs. All our electrical design is produced using Eplan P8 2024 which is fully supported by Eplan company.

Control philosophy from simple programmable controllers to in-depth control & networked PLC's and remote I/O. Most of our work is with Siemens S7-1200 and 1500 PLC's and sDot Innovative interconnection, PUSR, SiRON, Yotta Control local and remote I/O. We also manage Local Wi-Fi control systems and 4/5G remote monitoring using PUSR gateways.

Providing software programming for Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500 PLC's and additional IOT's programming for gateways to provide specialist features allowing local printing, data logging and cloud-based data logging & Management.

Marvtech Networking hybrid & standard cabling to provide fast connection in the field and individual solutions for specialist cabling back to control systems. Remote I/O & cabling for local connections to sensors, switches, transducers, remote control panels, HMI's etc.
O-TC is especially proud of its intelligent field E-Stop system of connecting E-Stop's individually or as a circuit giving a complete overview of the status if the circuit plus providing individual sight of activated E-Stop devices no matter how large the area.

We provide the design and manufacture of control push button enclosures for local and remote-control systems, as just basic manufactured enclosure and fast connect buttons or fully wired and tested enclosure ready to fit on site. We also produce fully fitted and wired enclosures for network connection using, TCP, Profinet, EtherCAT, I/O Link or Ethernet IP.

O-TC can provide a range of remote I/O solutions direct to electrical designers, PLC programmers or companies interested in utilising their own PLC control protocol to communicate with our solutions and making large savings in the use of high levels of I/O in the field or local control cabinets. Our solutions would normally use the PLC protocol already in use or can use O-TC system for wireless control allowing companies to extend their initial control without any control cabling, either just providing power at location or from the main control cabinet.
